BayCADD's in house resources have more than 600 years of combined experience in telecommunications, CATV, utilities and CADD. Our employees comprise teams who
have developed a reputation for delivering practical customer solutions in highly
technical areas.
They have demonstrated success in using proven methodologies to provide customers
with innovative solutions. The key personnel of BayCADD form the foundation of a
company geared to assist their clients' drive to expand the future of telecommunications.

  • Outside Plant Facilitators: our OP Team has in excess of 340 years experience
    in the Telecom, CATV, and Utilities fields. They have had significant exposure and
    success in the facilities management, design, budget administration, and construction
    of telephone, fibre optic, and CATV networks. Many of them have specialised in public
    relations, rights-of-way procurement, and utility co-ordination, and have extensive
    experience interfacing with various regulatory bodies, municipal and provincial
    governments, and other public and private utilities.
  • CATV / HFC Plant Designers: our Design Team is comprised of a group of individuals
    with more than 75 years experience in the design of CATV and HFC systems design.
    They are proficient in FTF, FTC, MDU and MMDS standard coaxial network design
    applications, as well as system powering, and operational specification.
  • CAD Drafting Team: We have assembled a Cad Drafting team with more than
    175 years experience in mechanical and CAD drafting. Their background disciplines
    range from architectural, civil, cartography and GIS to interior design, land survey
    and structural drafting, with software experience predominantly in AutoCAD,
    CableCAD, and MicroStation, working in a fully networked environment.
    They are well equipped with state of the art software and computers, as well
    as printing, plotting, copying and scanning equipment to further optimise their
    product output.
  • Cable Locates Team / LocatesTeam : our Locates Team, although the newest
    group assembled within BayCADD Solutions, has more than 50 years experience in
    the business, in plant construction, cable location, and fault detection. They are
    equipped with cell phones, microfiche readers, and the latest equipment from 3M
    Dynatel and RadioDetection, enabling them to perform an accurate yet timely job.
    The group is directed and dispatched from our in-house call centre in such a manner
    that they successfully provide 1-hour on-site emergency callout services for clients.
